- 1 (3 oz.) package strawberry Jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. sour cream (room temperature)
- 1 package frozen strawberries, thawed
In a medium-sized bowl, stir together boiling water and Jello until Jello dissolves.
Stir in sour cream.
Pour into a serving dish and refrigerate until Jello sets.
