Pecan Cream Cheese Bars
- 1 pkg. (2 layer) yellow cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine; softened
- 2 cups of chopped pecans
- 1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese
- 3 2/3 c. powdered sugar
1. Combine the cake mix, one egg and butter in a bowl.
2. Mix well.Stir in nuts.Press mixture into a lightly-greased 13 x 9″ baking pan.Set aside.
3. In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar and two eggs.
4. Pour over the crust.Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool and then cut into bars.
