Roasted Corn On The Cob

Corn on the Cob Another favorite from the Colonel — a flavor enhanced ear of corn as a side dish.


  • 4-8 ears of fresh or frozen corn on the cob
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar milk melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Accent Flavor Enhancer


1. Cook corn in hot water with sugar and a splash of milk until the corn is tender.

2. Remove and dip in melted butter that has been seasoned with salt, pepper and Accent.

Serves 4-8
