Healthy Turkey Breakfast Sausage Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fennel seeds, crushed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions:

  1. Combine all very well & refrigerate overnite.
  2. Makes about 4 patties, or enough crumbled for a good size pizza or casserole.
