This is a crisp, rosemary-scented
alternative to fried potatoes. Dee-lish!!!.
- 8 Yukon Gold potatoes, quartered
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 1/4 cup olive oil salt and pepper to taste
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2 In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, rosemary, oil, salt and pepper. Toss well to coat.
3 Spread evenly onto cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
