Healthy Cilantro Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • -peeled, ends removed
  • 1/2 cup cilantro — wash, dry
  • fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar — to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt — to taste

Description:

In a food processor fitted with a metal blade, combine the olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cilantro leaves, and black pepper.

Process until smooth.

Add sugar and salt to taste.

Makes 1/2 cup.
