Apple Fritters

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 Apples, chopped

Description:

1. Mix dry ingredients. In separate bowl, beat eggs, stir in milk and apples.

2. Combine with dry ingredients. Drop 1 Tablespoon at a time into hot 375 deg F. fat.

3. Fry until golden brown. Drain and serve sprinkled with confectioners’ sugar, and/or maple syrup.
