- 2 c. diced chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 lb. asparagus, cooked and diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. cheddar cheese, grated (optional)
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/2 package noodles, cooked
- 1/4 c. diced onion
- 1 /2 c. cashews (optional)
- 112 c. diced green peppers (optional)
- 1 small can mushroom stems and pieces
- 1 small can minced ripe olives (optional)
- 1 /2 c. mayonnaise
- Arrange all ingredients in a large casserole dish.
- Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
