Chicken And Asparagus Casserole Healthy

Ingredients:

  • 2 c. diced chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 lb. asparagus, cooked and diced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. cheddar cheese, grated (optional)
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 package noodles, cooked
  • 1/4  c. diced onion
  • 1 /2   c. cashews (optional)
  • 112 c. diced green peppers (optional)
  • 1 small can mushroom stems and pieces
  • 1 small can minced ripe olives (optional)
  • 1 /2   c. mayonnaise

Instructions:

  1. Arrange all ingredients in a large casserole dish.
  2. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
