- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 1-2 tablespoon strawberry preserves or strawberry jelly
- 1 tablespoon granola cereal (optional)
- Spread one waffle with half of the cream cheese; top with preserves and granola.
- Spread the second waffle with remaining cream cheese.
- Close sandwich.
- With sharp, serrated knife, cut into quarters to serve.
